Characteristics of Low Frequency EMI Lamp
The basis of the working principle of the low frequency EMI Lamp determines its characteristics different from that of other light source

1、High effciency of energy saving
The low frequency EMI Lamp has an outstanding lighting effect.
The brightness of 80W Induction Lamp is equivalent to that of 150W metal
halogen lamp, 180W energy-saving lamp, and 450W incandescent lamp,
in other words, under the conditions of the same visual effect, the low frequency
EMI Lamp can realize an energy-saving effciency of over 80%, over 55% and
over 50% respectively compared with the ordinary incandescent lamp, metal
halogen lamp and ordinary energy-saving lamp.

2、Long service life
For the low frequency EMI Lamp does not consist of the parts of flament,
electrode, and lighting tube, vulnerable parts is thus avoided, to prevent the
lighting tube from producing the problem of electrode worn-out of traditional
light sources. For the service life of the entire system determined mainly by
the electronic ballast, the lamps of the same type have extremely long service
life reaches over 60 thousand hours (maintenance free), which is 50 times,
5-15 times and 5-10 times respectively of that of the incandescent lamp, metal
halogen lamp and fuorescent lamp;
Actual life of light source: refers to the time till the light source cannot be illuminated
Effective life of light source: refers to the time till the luminous effciency declines to 70%

3、Less brightness decline
The luminous effciency of low frequency EMI Lamp will generally
decline by 5% after 20,000 hours, while the metal halogen lamp
and energy-saving lamp will generally have brightness decline after
500 hours;

4、Powerful penetration
Due to the special working principle of low frequency EMI Lamp, the
luminescence is completed by the whole lighting tube, so the penetrability is
powerful, with an outstanding lighting effect even if over a distance of 15m. The
light has a  broad radiating range and equal brightness;

5、Low temperature of the lighting tube
The low frequency EMI Lamp belongs to the cold light source that the luminescence
takes place prior to the heating, with a  temperature of the lighting tube lower
than about 80oC the relatively low temperature of the working environment
where to use low frequency EMI Lamp can save the energy consumption of air
conditioners;

6、Better colour rendering
The index of color rendering property is over 78Ra, with excellent color
discrimination, close to natural light, which can show the natural color of the lit
object;

7、Saving man-power and maintenance costs
For the industrial lamps installed at a certain height, the replacement times of
lighting tubes are frequent, and the  costs, apart from the cost of the lighting
tubes, also include the cost of the manpower conducting the replacement, and
the low frequency EMI Lamp is generally maintenance free within 5 years;

8、Proportion of visible light is increased
The luminescence is smooth and free of strobofash, completely eliminating the
“strobofash effect” of traditional  lightings, with excellent visual effect, which
will not cause human visual fatigue, thus to protect the eye health. In addition,
there is no viewing glare thanks to its broader luminous surface than ordinary
light sources, with a proportion of emitting visible light of up to over 80% in the
spectral line; Other light sources can not achieve the above effects.

9、Broad range of power supply and voltage
The AC90V~270V and DC12V~24V can be directly connected with solar and
wind power generating units, especially  suitable for the production places where
voltage is unsteady during peak period of power usage with automatic protection
function and excellent EMC performance;

10、Selectable colour temperature
It can be selected according to specifc requirement ranging from 2700K - 6400K
by the User.

11、No need to be pre-heated
The lamp is lit immediately at actuation which may be conducted at low
temperature (under 25°C), and frequent operations of turning-on and turning-off
will not be limited because of the avoidance of electrode, and the lamp will not be
damaged after 100 thousand times of turn-on and turn-off operations;
